The digital products sold on Noted Pages can be for
- personal use only
- commercial use
- PLR (private label rights) use
Each Sales Page and corresponding Thank You and Product Access PDF you receive states the use terms for the particular digital product. Please check your usage rights for each product.
For personal use products you are not allowed to share them with anyone or give them away! Please purchase another bundle if you want to give as a gift.
For commercial use products, you are allowed to sell them with modifications made to at least 50% of the product. You MUST make them uniquely yours in order to resell.
PLR products Dos and Don’ts

Can edit/delete text and images but individual elements cannot be deconstructed/extracted

Can add the PDF to paid or free membership sites

Cannot pass on PLR rights to others whether for sale, for free, or in membership site.
Cannot share the download page with others
Canva templates, PPTX source files, and PNG files cannot be sold or given away, even if you alter them
Cannot claim copyright
Cannot use Frank Caruso, FrankC, or Noted Pages names
